Online Privacy and Security is a very real concern. However, protecting your credit information should always be a concern. Studies have shown that theft of Credit Card information is far more common in "Brick and Mortar" businesses than in online shopping. We are a small craft studio with limited employees and only Leah and Shane, the owners, have access to emailed information. Sending your card info by email to us is safer than handing it to the average waiter or mall cashier. However, if you still feel uneasy with this, we respect it and offer a couple of options. One is to send the card number in two seperated emails, leaving the final four digits and expiration date for last. Another is that we will gladly contact you by phone to get your billing information. Please note this and provide your number and time to call when ordering.
Your privacy is certainly of concern to us. We don't like to be bothered by all this sales junk either. So we will NEVER provide your info to any other parties, under any circumstances.
We appreciate and respect your concerns and will do everything possible to make your order with us a pleasant experience. We value our patrons in the ancient ways.
